Currently, we are looking for:

1. Art Director: To apply, you should have at least 4 years of relevant industry experience and a talent quotient that well exceeds the years you have put in. You should have:

1. A knack for visual thinking

2. Ability to generate communication and design ideas

3. A capability to turn average ideas into gold through the strength of a good design

2. Trainee Copywriter/Copywriter: Although relevant industry experience (0-2 years) would help, we are open to recruiting fiery and talented freshers . To apply, you should be able to work on both campaign headlines and brochure content with equal zeal. We are a little old fashioned when it comes to grammar and spellings.

In general, we prefer:

• People with at least one consuming passion besides what they churn out at work

• An interest in all media, new trends, changes in the macro and micro environment

• A hunger for information

• Ability to decode briefs, take meetings, and present creatives, once in a while

• A life outside office (Late nights take place only once in a while. We prefer to leave office by 8 PM, unless someone is dying or intends to kill if we do)
